RESTAURANT FRANCHISING On behalf of SK E&C, BETEK Corporation controls a major financing interest in Frandeli Group, LLC, a franchise/chain restaurant investment and development company. The company’s portfolio includes 85 stores and restaurants across 11 states. It is the third largest franchisees of Papa John’s stores in three different markets, and is the sole owner of once publically traded restaurant brand, Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurants Inc., which operates full service Italian restaurants in 9 states. It is led by a management team with extensive operations and development experience with various small and large restaurant brands. Its portfolio includes minority or majority interest in restaurant companies (chain or franchisee) with annual sales close to $100 million.
